  3. Order Processing

    • Shipping within California: We offer fast and affordable shipping across California. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
    • Nationwide Shipping: We also ship to other states within the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on location, typically 3-7 business days.
    • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
    • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.
  5. Returns & Exchanges
    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

    • Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
    • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  6. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may proceed with a return after receiving the item.
